Refund policy

Our goal is your satisfaction.

 

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date your package is received. If
more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we generally cannot
refundorexchange you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
It should have a noticeable malfunction (not a problem coming from your smartphone for example)

 

Perishable products such as gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if
any)

Any item that is not in its original state is damaged or it lacks parts for reasons that are not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or initial payment method.

 

Late or missing refund (if
any) If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. It
may take some time for your refund to be
published. If
